Huang Da

 

         Pro. Huang Da, born on Feb22, 1925, is an economist and academic authority in finance of China. He Graduated from political school, Multiversity of North China in 1947 and engaged in educational undertaking from March of that year.
        He was the ex-president of RUC, delegate of the 8th NPC, member of the first Monetary Committee of the PBC. Currently, Pro. Huang is the honorary director of Affair Committee of RUC, convener of the Practical Economics Appraising Group of the State Council Academic Degree Committee and Chairman of China Finance Society.
        Monograph of professor Huang "An Introduction to Overall Balance of Public Finance and Credit" won the Sun Yefang Economic Science Works Award and the Sun Yefang Economic Science Paper Award in 1986. Textbook "Money and Banking" won the first prize of the 3rd Beijing Outstanding Achievements of Philosophy and Social Science, the first prize of educational Commission Outstanding Higher-education Textbooks, and the first prize of national Teaching Achievements.

 

Chen Gong

 

        Pro. Chen Gong is academic authority in Public Finance. Born in April 1927. Currently, he is the chairman of Academic Committee of Finance School of RUC. He is also the Standing Director of China Public Finance Society and of China Taxation Society. Textbook "Public Finance" and "Public Finance Course" won the first prize of Education Ministry Human and Social Science Outstanding Teaching Achievements.

 

Guo Qingwang

 

        Pro.Guo Qingwang was born in Ferb.1964. Currently, he is the director of FRC and the vice-dean of School of Finance of RUC. He used to be awarded the first prize of the Third National Public Finance Research Achievements, first prize of the Second Outstanding Achievements of Human and Social Science by Ministry of Education, the second-class prize of the Fifth Beijing Outstanding Achievements of Philosophy and Social Science and the Excellent Young Teacher Prize of Ministry of Education.

 

Chen Yulu

 

        Pro.Chen Yulu was born in Nov.1966. Currently, he is the dean of School of Finance of RUC. He was awarded the National Excellent Young Teacher Prize and Excellent Teacher of Huo Yingdong Education Fund. His monograph The Economic Analysis Capital Flow won the first prize of 5th Beijing Outstanding Achievements of Philosophy and Social Science.

 

Zhang Jie

 

        Pro.Zhang Jie, was born in April.1965. Currently, he is the deputy director of FRC. He was awarded special allowance by the State Council, the first Prize of Excellent Teacher of China Finance Education Development Fund, and Excellent Teacher of the 7th Huo Yingdong Education Fund, Excellent Young Teacher Prize of Ministry of Education.

 

Wu Xiaoqiu

 

        Pro.Wu Xiaoqiu was born in Ferb.1959. Currently, he is the deputy director of FRC, and the director of Finance and Securities Institute. He was awarded special allowance by the State Council, the 7th China Book Prize, and Outstanding Papers Prize in Economic Reform, Outstanding Textbooks Prize in Finance, and Prize of Beijing Common University Teaching Achievements etc.
